We like to think we have made a small mark on the history of this great hotel; after all Andrew was involved in the name change from The North British to The Balmoral in 1991.
We are concerned with every aspect of communication for the hotel, from menu hardware to typography on feedback cards. Consistency, creativity, attention to detail and a five star service ethic is the name of the game.
