From the outset, we established two distinct facets to the brand; on the one hand, the respected, traditional jeweller; and on the other, an accent of cheeky, sexy and quirky. This thinking was applied to all brand touch-points. If it didn't have a bit of cheeky, sexy and quirky it didn't see the light of day.
